Was Alpha 5 a scam?

The Alpha 5 was set for a December 2024 launch but got abandoned. The real issue? People paid for reservations and got an NFT ins, by definition, that’s a transaction money exchanged for a digital product, not a car. Was this just bad luck, or were buyers misled from the start?
